Here's the first round of sales data from life without the tax credits in place. Yes, it's a very short sample but it is still a direct comparison between 2009 and 2010 in the overall Indianapolis metro and select markets within that area.


These are PENDING or SOLD properties going under contract May 1, 2009 through May 16, 2009 verus the same 16 day period in 2010.
